We had a tremendous turnout for the first competition of 2025 with 20 flyers taking part. The weather was with us being clear and sunny with moderate wind.
The task for the day was “Flight of the Phoenix”, which was a timed to height climb with the motor cut after 15 seconds, followed by maximum duration with. Additional points where awarded for touching the wheels in the marked landing area.
