Just a reminder that Round 7 of the Club Flying Competition is on 2pm Sunday 24 August 2025 and takes place at the clubs Melton Airfield site - see location here at what3words link what3words.com/soulful.branching.built.The competition task is called "Swings and Roundabouts" . Just catching up on the Club Flying Comp Round 6 stuff. Another great session was flown on Sunday 27th July 2025 at Melton Airfield for our Club Flying competition. The task was called "Boomerang" with the aim of taking off and landing as quickly as possible. 16 Flyers took part, flying in variable conditions a bit dull and overcast. Thanks for everyone who entered our "Pork Pie Slot Rally" competition at the weekend!Congratulations to Gareth J & Jacob, the winners in the "professional" classes, who each take home a car courtesy of NSR - FactoryWe had 45 entries into the "Club Car" Class from the members of the public who attended the show and each of the top three took home a car thanks to Scalextric!
