Well Christmas has come and gone but were you lucky enough to get receive a Scalextric set? I am sure you will agree great fun but are you now getting tired of the oval or figure of eight? Melton and District Model Club has a whole section devoted to the hobby where you can test your driving skills against other like-minded Individuals.

Based at our Crossfield Drive site the Club House hosts a 4 lane wooden routed, 104ft, fully landscaped and computer-controlled competition track together with a number of other tracks on which members can test their racing skills on our regular Race evenings;

• Seniors – Every Thursday from 7:30pm
• Juniors and Beginners – Alternate Fridays from 7:00pm

Are you unsure about coming along to one of our race nights? If so, during January and February we are now excited to offer FREE test drives by appointment. Don’t worry about having a car or controller we will provide these for you.

Or if you are just looking for advice we can also offer one to one advice to beginners on setting up and repairing cars for either home or club racing.
