Following on from the success of last year’s Model Show the 2018 event is now being planned to be held on Saturday and Sunday 28th and 29th July 2018 at Asfordby Amateurs.
Once again this will be in support of a local charity and is our annual opportunity to increase our own club funds for the benefit of all members.
With this in mind the committee of MDMC are now actively seeking to confirm and enlist helpers, prior to confirming that the show will go ahead.
In relocating the show to the new venue, the task of show set up and break down is now much simpler, the onerous chore of erecting and stripping down marquees, being no longer necessary
If you are able to offer assistance then please add your name to the attached document that will be placed on the notice board in the Club house or email to meltonmodelclub@virginmedia.com
On each sheet a minimum number of helpers under each category is highlighted and unless these rolls are actively filled then regrettably the show may not be able to go ahead.
