It seems that for once the Met Office long range forecast was correct. About 8 of us gathered at Whissendine to have a lovely afternoon’s flying in the autumn sun. Temperature was around 23 degrees C and very warm. Below are some photo’s I took. Tim Coppin maidened his twin engined (Otter I think) but was too shy for me to take any pictures of the first flight!
